Your Right to Opt Out
If you are a California resident, or a resident of a state with similar privacy protections, you have the right to direct us not to sell or share your personal information, and to limit the use of any sensitive personal information, at any time. You do not need to create an account to exercise this right, and we will never ask you to verify your identity beyond basic confirmation needed to process your request.
How to Submit a Request
You may submit an opt-out request using either of the methods below:
Email us at contact@blackxmarketing.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”
We will confirm receipt of your request and process it within the timeframe required by law (generally within 15 business days).
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor Global Privacy Control signals. If your browser or device sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
What Happens After You Opt Out
Once we receive and confirm your opt-out request, we will not sell or share your personal information going forward. We will not ask you to reauthorize the sale or sharing of your data for at least 12 months. Opting out will not affect your ability to use our website or services, and we will not charge you a different price or provide a different level of service as a result.
