Black X Marketing Inc. — Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Black X Marketing Inc.’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 2026.

1. Organisation Structure, Business and Supply Chains

Black X Marketing Inc. is a digital marketing and advertising agency headquartered in Fort Collins, Colorado, providing paid media management, marketing automation, and software development services to clients across [insert regions/industries served]. Our supply chain consists primarily of software and technology vendors, cloud infrastructure providers, subcontracted specialists, and professional service providers; we do not manufacture physical goods.

2. Policies in Relation to Slavery and Human Trafficking

Black X Marketing Inc. maintains a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labor, and human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chains. This commitment is reflected in our employee code of conduct, vendor onboarding requirements, and whistleblowing procedures, all of which are overseen by senior management.

3. Due Diligence Processes

We conduct due diligence on new vendors and subcontractors before engagement, including a review of their labor practices and, where relevant, contractual commitments to ethical employment standards. Employees and contractors are free to raise concerns about supply chain practices through our internal reporting channel described in Section 6 below.

4. Risk Assessment and Management

Given our business model as a services-based digital marketing agency with a limited vendor footprint concentrated in technology and professional services, our assessed exposure to modern slavery risk is low relative to sectors with physical manufacturing or extended multi-tier supply chains. We nonetheless monitor our vendor relationships on an ongoing basis and will escalate and address any identified risk areas as our supply chain grows.

5. Effectiveness — Key Performance Indicators

As Black X Marketing Inc. scales, we will track and report against measurable indicators, including the percentage of vendors completing due diligence review, the number of staff completing modern slavery training, and the number of reported concerns investigated and resolved.

6. Training

Black X Marketing Inc. provides modern slavery and human trafficking awareness training to relevant staff, including those involved in procurement and vendor management, and will extend this training as our headcount and supply chain grow.
